  • In Kentz we have developed an In-House project monitoring system. The system is known as CCMS (Construction & Completions Management System). For Qatar this system is being used for the first time. To run this system it requires extensive Knowledge of all the disciplines, all the departments and excellent communication skills. The system runs on the inputs from construction ( Daily progress reports, Action Delays, Holds, Manpower mobilization & Demobs, Site Notices, Scope changes etc. ), Quality( Inspection Requests, Audit schedules, Punch Lists, Field Trouble reports, NCRs, Inspection Reports etc. ), Planning, Commercial, Loop Checking & Commissioning Departments.
  • CCMS Team interprets & captures the data on a daily basis. Monitors the changes and updates on a daily basis to keep the system up to date.
  • We held the authority to accept or reject the data provided by different departments if it is not in accordance with the system requirements. Also all the rights of the system execution. Generating daily reports, interpreting the system for the up gradation. Monitoring and guiding the team of data in putters so that the right information is fed in to the system.
  • Maintaining all the documentation used as input to the system.
  • We Prepared hand over dossiers as per the approved Index by client.
  • We Maintained high level of traceability throughout the project to ensure all the information is in right place and traceable.
  • As QA/QC MANAGERS we holds the responsibility of carrying out inspections at site and generating documentation in accordance with Client's take over system (I-CAPS).
  • Once inspection reports are signed inspectors shall handover the reports to CCMS & Turn Over Department to update the system and to store the documents.
  • The CCMS & Turn Over department manages all the documents as per the handover structures approved by the client. Managing and maintaining all the documents in a highly traceable manner and finally handing over the Pre- commissioning and commissioning folders as per priority and completion dates.
  • We are capable to shoulder the responsibilities of QA/QC Manager for a company head office and/or on multi discipline projects.
