Post Construction Stage –

The successful completion is documented by collating the preconstruction and construction stage documents in an orderly format for each package, with approved quality check list, test sheets, documented evidence of conformity. The final quantity is measured and vendor bills are certified with final measurement. All the commercial orders are closed; the end users and facility control staff evaluate the project and take handover from the project team. The further defects identified during transition from project team to facility team is recorded and addressed for closure.

The approval is taken from main client on successful project handover and close out from all respective parties involved in the project.
